Which laptop should I buy?? I use it for general use and some games. I want a future friendly machine.

The 4650 should be the better card.

Note that with either of these machines, battery life is going to be more or less non-existent. An hour and a half, at best.

I'm would think the Core i7 Mobile would be faster.

The i7 is faster in CPU-heavy tasks, which general use and gaming do not fall into the category of. In that case, the better GPU wins.
