Solved! Clcapsvc module error

Could you please tell me how to remove, "clcapsvc module error"? I have removed my tv tuner card and catalyst media center, rebooted, and the error went away..but reappeared when I reinstalled my ATI Tv Card and software. I can't use my tv tuner card at all. Can you help me out?

I too battled with this error for some time and the solution I have found that works on both Vista and Windows 7 is to reinstall the WDM drivers after you have installed the package from the CD I found the links here. Even though they show they are for Vista on the site it stated also for Windows 7 and they do work for Win 7
