Samsung T260HD or Sony Bravia KDL-26L5000

Hi guys and gals,
I am sooooo confused between these 2 products

My main purpose now is to use the monitor for TV and PS3, then a PC gaming rig probably next year. Sony seems more favorable to me as its remote could sync with PS3 and most reviews I read from it were exceptional.
Yet the T260HD comes with full HD and it looks gorgeous. Sadly, the reviews were kind of fluctuating.
And since I 'm gonna sit really close to the monitor, 26" in size may suit me the best.
Appreciate all suggestions
