Canon versus sony wich is better

Which model and to what comparison?

Exam: X is better than Y because.
Sony camera is better because it uses its own memory cards. It gives you a sense of being special.

Or

Canon uses SD card and it's cheaper than other competing format.

They’re both good company. But if I were to choose though, I'd pick a Canon if both cameras are in the same price range. With an exception if one has a better deal like a hundred dollars price drop or more, or buy a camera and get a car kind of deal.

Yeah both are quality camera companies, so it would depend on which models and what your shooting needs are.

But in general I would say the down side to the SOny cameras is the proprietary memory cards they use (memory stick Duo) compared to the industry standard SD cards that Canon uses.
