Using US Power Strip in Europe

Hello-I wonder if you can use a US Power Strip (with a US to either British, or French plug adapter) in Europe. The power strips that I have say nothing about using them on 220v power. Thank you D Cooper

Probably best not to. If the design or engineering of the US strip are marginal (e.g. Chinese) then it may not be safe on twice the voltage it was designed for.

You can get socket adapters in Europe (and in the US presumably).
