Well as the title says, i am running a 8800gtx and also using a 27 inch HDTV(1080i), I am currently connectng it via a normal monitor cable, and it is not very crisp. DO i need a DVI cable to get a good clean picture? And also would this allow me to display HD from my PC?

Also,I also plan t o plug in my 21 inch monitor at the same time, Is it possible to run a normal monitor and a dvi connected screen at the same time?

Also if you know the cable i need, can ya throw me a link to one? a s i am realy not sure what im looking for.

thanks again.

Well, If u use HD T.V then u need HDMI which is connector and it is very, very easy to buy it's everywhere in shops.
And I would recommend HD 4870 because it supports HD properly rather than Nvidia.

You can use both TV and monitor at the same time. If you mean by normal monitor cable, you mean VGA then that's fine. otherwise use DVI if your TV have DVI input connection, or DVI to HDMI cable like this one.

Another one is this http://www.bestdealcables.com/p-25-click-here-for-component-video-cable-lengths.aspx your video card came with adapter where you can connect this cable.

Before you go out and buy any cable though, you need to learn a few things.

What your purpose for using computer for your TV screen? You might want to read about HDCP as you may encounter another problem later on when viewing high definition.
