Suggestion for 2.1 speakers for desktop?

I'm looking for some nice 2.1 Speakers for my desktop. I'll mostly be using it for gaming and music.

I've been looking at the Altec Lansing FX4021 46W speakers. Are they any good?

I don't want to spend any more than $100 USD. Are there any in that price range that some one could really recommend?
