sorry guys last thread on this!!! Just wanna make a good decision. (ASUS is pre order but i need the laptop pretty quick so the main comps now are Sager or M17). I have heard that Sager has very good support but has poor quality in general and thats from a computer technician i spoke with in my local area. He supports dell through and through for their quality and mediocore support. But Help me out guys talk to me please anything :(.

So should i get the Sager or M17 :( I just dont know.

It's a close call between the Sager and the Alienware. Keep in mind that the Sager is a single card. The GTX280M and the HD 3870s trade off depending on the game. The i7 in the Sager, however, will run circles around the QX9300.

The W90 will beat the Sager in terms of graphics performance, but again will be out classed in CPU power by the i7 in the Sager.

As far as the quality of Sager it depends on the unit. I've had my Sager for almost 2 years and have NEVER had a problem with it. It's on almost 24/7 and I run the CPU at 100% almost all the time. Add onto that, the unit has been rock solid since the day I got it. Good keyboard and limited chassis flex, excellent build.

However, the D900 chassis has one of the highest RMA rates in the Sager lineup. Why? Because of the hardware they cram into it. Most of the time they are pairing up desktop CPUs (like the i7) and dual graphics cards. That is a lot of heat to get rid of and these systems, though cooled pretty well, are bound to have issues.

PLZ dont double post mate :)

U were talking about ASUS W90,ALIENWARE M17 and the SAGER one.
Between these 3 ASUS W90 gives u the best gaming performance because dual HD 4870 blow away either GTX 280M or 2 HD 3870s.

The only advantage that the SAGER model has is its desktop CPU which performs better than either ASUS one or the AW model.

So if u want to game here is the comparsion:
ASUS W90 > ALIENWARE M17 > SAGER NP 9280 since DUAL HD 4870> Dual HD 3870 > 1 GTX 280M
