Minolta DiMAGE Xt, released recently, has got to be the world's thinnest digital camera currently available. The built-in 3x non-extending optical zoom lens in an aluminum body of no more than 20mm thick is made possible by the implementation of a small prism just like SLR cameras. But unlike SLR which uses the prism for viewfinder, the Xt uses the prism for actual capturing of images. Just how good is this digital camera? Will wait and see.
