Sorry for re-hashing an old thread, but I stumbled on the documents
around this problem, and seeing as how Henry Posner had replied to this
shortly after I posted it, I wonder if there's any chance to talk to him
about getting my shipping refunded...

Turns out it wasn't as far back as I had thought, it was in December
1997.

Thanks, Henry, for any help.

Maybe I don't understand, but your post didn't make sense.

Henry is a very good bloke and was the reason for me purchasing from them
1000's of miles away. But what do you actually want?

8 years ago? Are you crazy?

I'd like to get what was agreed upon--the cost of returning the
shop-worn merchandise to them. And maybe a deal on a FZ20 ... oh, and a
pony.

I have a long memory too, any bad service and they don't get my money again,
ever.

B&H typically has excellent service, even suggesting alternative
places to buy an out of stock item when most would just suggest a
backorder.
