DVB Digital Video Broadcast, these signals are typically picked up with one
of the FTA (free to air) receivers. Digicipher 2 is an encription method
created by GE/Motorola and used on C-Band 4DTV receivers. GE/Motorola
controls the market on the Digicipher units. To view a Digicipher channel,
you will need one of the Motorola digital satellite receivers. You can go
to http://www.4dtv.com for more information on Digicipher units and channels
available.
