Hi,

recently I bought a twin lnb (had a single one up to now).

Connected one receiver to each of the connectors at the lnb.

Now I have the problem, that I can receive all programs on each of the two
receivers with no problems, as long as only one receiver is turned on. But
when both receivers are on, some of the programs can only be received on
receiver 2 and on the other receiver the image has gone for this program.

Why is this? I thought TWIN means, I can connect two receivers and will NOT
have this problem.

Thanks for any help.

Do you have straight cable runs from the receivers to the new/dual
LNB? Your problem sounds like you've got a cable splitter *somewhere*
in the line. If so... remove it.

No, there´s no splitter. From each connector at the LNB a cable runs
directly to a receiver.
That´s why I have no idea, where the problem is.

Did you "ask" the receivers to do the proper search for the switch that
is built into that LNB?
