Video Splitter Please?

Hi guys, im planning to upload a 1 hour video to youtube but youtube said it is so long, so please recommend a good free video splitter thats also easy to use. So that i can split videos to 15 minutes each and if possible free, if theres no free i can rtry to find a torrent file. Please help me thanks..
