Setup initialization error

When I upgraded my browser to internet explorer 9 apparently it came with yontoo (which I don't want). On every page of the internet this annoying thing comes up at the bottom of the page (topic torch). When I tried to uninstall it, I got the error message. How do I get rid of it?

I have no idea what yontoo is. Try using CCleaner to remove the unwanted program. And check within Explorer to see if this is an "add on", you may want to downgrade/remove I.E. and start fresh.
