Read but cannot copy

I have Tally environment with multiuser License. I want that users in my environment can read and modify the data via Tally but cannot copy its data anywhere. Is it possible in Workgroup or Domain environment.
Will it possible through some 3rd party applications. If yes then which one.

Not possible. If you can read it, you can copy it.
