Hi,

I'm trying to watch Sky tv programmes on my desktop and have installed Silverlight several times, the current version and previous version, but nothing works.

When logging in to my Sky online account to view programmes, firstly, Sky will not detect my pc so therefore, will not register it to enable viewing.

Secondly, when selecting a programme to watch, the following error message appears "apologies this item has been interrupted due to an error, please click play to resume watching (t6013-c1501)”.

I click play to resume but the same error continues endlessly.

I've unistalled and reinstalled several times but nothing works.

I've contacted Sky technical help and they are useless!



Anyone able to help?

Do you know if this issue is specific to Windows 7 64 bit and or 32 bit as I’ve installed Silverlight on a Vista pc and it works fine?
