Program to recover passwords of OE mail account.

I have three mail accounts in Outlook Express. And all three accounts had same password. But now I can’t access them any more as I think someone changed the passwords. I need those passwords badly. I don’t know who the ‘evil’ did so but quite frustrating for me. I need a program which can tell me the passwords of Outlook Express mail account. Is there any?
