HP 6930p Elitebook -need recovery without HP recovery

Hello all. I just bought a used HP 6930p Elitebook. It came with windows XP. I don't mind it but I want a freash install. The HDD does not come
with HP recovery and i've tried looking online.

I do not have a XP/Vista OS at home.

The laptop still has the Proof of Certificate of Authencity with Windows Vista Business OEMact HP with product key

Can anyone help me?

I've reformatted with a fresh copy of windows 7 and found drivers online.
