Firefox + Flash videos = frequent crashes

Hi everyone,

I thought there was something wrong in my system as YouTube often crashed in Firefox despite reinstalling Firefox, so I reinstalled Win7.

But Flash videos continue crashing routinely in Firefox even after having reinstalled everything !

I conclude that there's something wrong in Firefox or Firefox flash plugin. Any solution I could use ?

Think the problem is with FF. - Especially with Flash plugin. My system doesn't crash, but get incessant popup to install flash, but it is already updated to current.
