Flushing printer memory

Hello,
Sent a long article to HP 4L printer. Want to end it, but it insists on printing the whole thing. How can I flush out the memory in the printer?

Are you sure it's in the printer's memory and not in your print queue/spooler. Open your printer, right-click on any job that is in there and select "cancel". Now when you hit the cancel button on the printer it should stop.

Unplug the printer for about 30 mins. I think at some point I had to remove the memory modules from the printer to wipe anything off them, if you have any installed.
