My problem is that although I can access my contacts, I'm unable to download them to send emails. I had this problem half a dozen times in the last 3 months and when I have spoken to Orange technical support, all they can say is that they will do their best to solve the problem. It can take them up to a week to get me back to normal. I wonder if anybody knows of a simple way to cure this anomaly.
