I have a problem with booting my Windows XP ...so I decided to format my system ,but I couldn't do that either...so when I was trying to boot my system I saw message ˝Press F11 to start Acronis Loader˝...so I started It and I saw two options Acronis True Image Home(Full version) option and Windows option....When I entered my Acronis True Image Home(Full version) option It asked for a password..but I don't know It...I didn't know I have this program so I don't know my password..Please help!

Also I don't know what can I do with this...Please help!

What Version of Acronis and What OS are you on ?
I have an older 8.0 Version that I use.
Have you tried not entering PW, all spaces, etc ?

Did it come pre installed on your machine, or someone else install it ?

True Image is backup software. It created a restore partition on your drive which the F11 activates. If you have no backups to restore, this program will be of no use to you. If you run true image from within windows (not F11), it should allow you to remove this partition (secure zone) if you need the extra space on your drive.

I have True Image Home 2009 and I never use or create the secure zone. I just create the true image boot media and use it instead.
