Why when I right click microsoft word closes

whenever i am on microsoft word and right click to copy, paste etc. it always shuts down on me with a pop up saying " a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. please close the program." So annoying!!

Have you tried doing a repair on Microsoft Office? Go to Add/Remove Programmes in the control panel & select Microsoft Office & click change. Select repair and see what it reports back.

Can you copy / paste using keyboard shortcuts?

Try deleting the Word "Template.dot" in:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
<user> is your windows account name
