How do i block a certain i p address but allow others

hi i am wanting to block a certain IP address completely from accessing my net but allow continue to allow others how do i do this , i have mac filtering but i want to block one entirely is their a programme i after use or what?

You didn't mention which firewall you are using, but you can add a rule to deny access to an IP address there. If your router has a robust firewall built in, it would be best to add it there so that all computers on the network will be protected.
