Garrys Mod NPC

Ok so i got GMOD and my pc can definitly run it. I mean i ran it 16 times already. When i spawn a NPC they will have a laggish walk/run or any other movement. Any way to solve it? Thnx

try updating your VGA drivers
defragging the gmod files though steam
did you pay for it because if not they it likely wont work
you could be problems with the textures
and just because you can run it doesn't mean you can run it well you might need to turn down the graphics
i would say try and re install
you haven't really given use that much information other then that you can run it and that they have a lag when they move

Ok, here are my pc specs

AMD Athlon II quard-core prossesor
4GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia Geforce GT 430
and yes i bought it through steam

is it just one type of NPC or is it all of them if its just on the try reinstalling Gmod and the game that that NPC is from.
if its all of them try just reinstalling Gmod
also check your "Physics Timescale" make user its as high as it can go
