CCC Problems

Hello,

I got an HD 6950 Graphics card. Everything works great, except in Catalyst Control Center there are no words, just black boxes. I'm using Windows 7 32 bit.
Here is a pic of it:

Please, if you have any suggestion to fix it, please respond. I've tried reinstalling multiple times. I've tried updating, but nothing seems to work. I've also tried driver sweep, but nothing helped

A reinstall of windows fixxed it. It also fixxed the Artifacte then crash i was getting( for now)
