Tech help i need my scanner use a twain driver for hp scanjet 3670

I have a dell d800 latitude that is used in a school setting and with a SMART board. I reloaded Windows XPPro as the laptop was rife with problems. It runs much better now, but it seems that i lost my hp scanjet TWAIN option and instead have only WIA as an option. How can I get my TWAIN driver(s) back? The teacher wants it to work as it did before the reload, since all the other teachers' laptops work just fine. How do get the TWAIN back?
