Time machine for windows

Hello,
I am looking for Time Machine software for windows 7. I need to recover data from a macbook´s time machine backup, on a external hard drive, to a PC notebook. I can acess the external hard drive with the notebook, I just need the software to acess the time machine files.
Any sugestions?
