Free bd dvd software for sony

Hello,
I purchased a Sony laptop with a sole call Blue Ray player but it won't play blue rays. Best Buy were I purchased it will an extended warranty won't correct the problem and neither will Sony. It's been back and forth to the shop 3 times and now the warranty has ran out. I'm really disgusted with both Best Buy and Sony. I'll now will take my business elsewhere and will not buy any more Sony products to include their movie releases!

If this was an ongoing issue, I think by law they need to fix it even if the warranty is out. Called the "lemon law", applies to all things not just cars.

Check with your area for consumer laws.
