how do i completely uninstall photosmart c4450 drivers?

What version of windows are you running?

Just in case you've got Win7, here is the quickie method:

Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Print Management -> Expand Drivers Folder and Delete Drivers (You can also remove printers, ports, and stuck printer jobs from this snap-in)
