AV Security Suite Virus...

I have googled this virus and I do have in on my laptop..does any one know a way to manualy get rid of the virus or know a web site I can go to get help on getting rid of the virus...

try malwarebytes.org

you may need to download it on a different computer and copy it to your machine, boot into safemode and run a scan.
