Keep flash video full screen?

Does anybody know of a way to stop flash videos from going out of fullscreen mode when you click outside of them? I have two monitors and I'd rather like to be able to use the second one while running fullscreen video on the primary (Hulu, YouTube, Rev3, etc.)

I did run across a URL trick for YouTube:
http/www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fkgw2KpQsog&feature=popt00us16
becomes
http/www.youtube.com/v/Fkgw2KpQsog&feature=popt00us16

but it's site specific, and YouTube is hardly the only place I visit so...

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello

I found a software thatkeep flash video (playing or paused) in full screen.
It even works for full screen games in flash (like on facebook).
