ATI 10.5 HDMI/DP audio driver problem

Recently I've installed and HD5850. I downloaded the 10.5v driver. After the installation it told me something went wrong with the installation. It stated that the HDMI/DP audio driver failed to install. Everything else was a success. I have a program on my computer called realtek HD audio manager. Could this program be interfering with the GPU's audio driver? As of right now I'm without sound in my games, YouTube, and iTunes,

Try to reinstall the driver, and if it doesn't work - try to reinstall the latest version of NET.Framework 3.5
