Does anyone know where Visual Basic 3 and Access 2.0 can be purchased that run on Windows For Workgroups 3.11?

Go directly to Microsoft, since this is all made by them. They may provide you with a supplemental CD's, if the software is still available.

Let me take a peek inside my MSDN collection (Microsoft Developer Network), I know it includes QuickBASIC 4.5 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11b. But that is not for retail distribution. Visual Basic 3.0 hmm, I remember even oriented software I started writing using Windows/386 because at the time writing Windows software using an Assembler was painful to say the least. No dice on the Access or VB3 with MSDN (See www.msdn.microsoft.com)
