I cant delete quicktime off my control panel

i go to my control panel and it says the feature you are trying to use is on a network resouce that is unavailable

Have you uninstalled Quicktime from the "Programs and Features"?

I believe the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, is what you're looking for? :?
