Need help to make Blu Ray mkv video performance perfectly smooth

I have

E7400 INTEL CORE 2 DUO
2X 2GB 800MHZ
P45R2000
5870 HD RADEON
DVD RW WRITER
550W CORSAIR VX

using 12gb films from main hard drive in 1080p on 1920x1080 resolution. The driver 8.66 and using CCCP codec to watch .

Whether is it PSU wattage, 5870 graphic card, or driver issue? If driver issue, when is the release date.
