Thanks in advance for your insight:

Ok, I have searched the forum, and googled to no avail. Out of nowhere, I open outlook and it says it must perform a data integrity check on my data file. It finishes, and says it's fine. On other occasions, the error would state the data file was not closed properly. I don't want to switch to another email program, but this is really ticking me off. I am starting to think I may have to reinstall the O/S. :( I have performed the following remedies with no luck:

Uninstall/Reinstall Outlook 2007. Including manual deletion of all outlook folders, and PST files.
Uninstalled A/V scanner, Avast. Still no go. Switched A/V to Kaspersky, no go.
Uninstalled Skype, this seemed to be a popular culprit per other forums.
Ensured nothing was being "indexed" by the O/S at the time of usage.
Event Viewer has no errors! Thanks M$.
Manually created new data files, and removed old ones. No go.
Uninstalled creative sound drivers, per a post on another forum.
Ensured Outlook's process is not running after program close, it does not. Ensured the same after reboot.
Hmmm... I have performed other tricks, but I can't remember them.

Any help you could advise, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)
