This is a pretty easy quest that can give you some decent reward if you complete it successfully. You don’t have to fight any monster; it is just a pure hunt for cactuses called Bauble Cactuses. Finally, a quest that is a bit different than the routine hunting of monsters. If you remember the quest Fungal Flexin’ in the Ancient Forest, you had to deliver some mushrooms in that quest, well this one is also related to delivering some items. The objective of this quest is to deliver 20 Bauble Cactuses.
If you complete this quest successfully, you will get the reward of 1080z that is far lesser than the previous quests but you are getting some for just finding some cactuses! The time limit of completing this quest is 50 minutes and if you do not complete this quest in that time, you will fail the quest. Also, if you faint three times during the quest, you will fail it as well. Lastly, you will need a Hunter Rank of three to start this quest which you would already have by now. So with the basics out of the way, let’s complete this quest:
1. Your task is to find the Bauble Cactuses, twenty of them. You can find these Bauble Cactuses by going to the various cactus deposits and searching them. These will be in the more dry parts of the area Wildspire Waste.
2. Now there is a shortcut to finding the areas with cactuses and that requires a little bit of tweaking in the map. So what you need to do is to open your in-game map and then change the filter. You need to select “Resources” as the filter for the round markers of cactuses.
3. Once you do that, small question marks of green color will appear on the map. Now you can find most of these cactuses in the AREA 6 at the elevated areas. So you can start from there.
4. Once you are there, just go ahead and keep finding the Bauble Cactuses. You need to find 20 of these cactuses. If you don’t find much in one area, use your map and go to the other areas and keep on gathering the cactuses until you hit your target.
As soon as you gather all 20 of them, you will complete the quest. This is a very easy quest as it does not require you to hunt down big monsters. You just need to put a little bit of effort into finding the Bauble Cactuses, and once you get 20 of them, you will get the reward of 1080z easily.
