Even with updated software, the Xbox One is vulnerable to
error UI-113. There are three high quality fixes to attempt to get the app
working normally again.

Restart The Xbox One

A restart will clear out the error the quickest without
requiring you to do a sign in. It will also clear out any bad data stored in
memory without deleting the app itself.

1. Turn off the console.

Sign Out Of The Netflix App

Doing a sign out and sign in will force a connection with
the servers. Once it connects, fresh new data is downloaded for the app.

1. With the Netflix app open, press the B button on the controller
to open the Menu Row

Improve The Wi-Fi Signal

Wireless problems can be caused by a number of obstructions,
a weak signal or even signal congestion in the area. Moving the router closer
to the console will help the Netflix app keep a steady connection to its
servers so that it can download the correct data.

1. Turn the console off.
