To get rid of the bad information stored by the Netflix app,
users can correct their DNS settings or restart the PS3 console. Since the
error type is hard to pin down on the console, there is no priority on which
fix should be done first.

Verify The Current DNS Settings For The Console

Custom or incorrect DNS settings on the PS3 should be set to
their default values if you’re having issues with Error NW-4-7. This can be
considered a reset of the DNS settings back to their default values provided by
the current internet service.

1. At the main menu highlight Settings.
