Either of the two fixes below will take care of Error
AIP-701 on Xbox 360 consoles. They also work on modified Xbox 360’s being used
primarily as media hubs.

Check The DNS Settings

DNS settings should always be set to automatic so that they
following the current ISP’s ruleset. Any changes could affect the efficiency of
the connection to Netflix servers.

1. Press the Guide button on the Xbox 360 controller.

Connect The Xbox 360 Directly To The Modem

Bypassing any automatic rules set up by the router or
wireless connection will get rid of the Netflix error. Following these steps
will temporarily knock any currently connected device offline. Make sure to
only disconnect the modem when all devices on the network are not downloading
or syncing.

1. Turn off the console.
