console. The media focused console has one of the most polished versions of
Netflix. When users get error NW-2-5, there are multiple easy fixes available
that will get Netflix working again.



Restart The Internet



With a full restart of the internet, connectivity problems
are dealt with in less than a few minutes. It is a quick and easy way to get
rid of a lot of Netflix troubles on the Xbox One.



1. Turn off the Xbox One console.

3. Unplug your modem and wireless router.

5. Plug everything back in using this order: Xbox One, modem
and then router.

router.

Test The Internet Connection



Testing your internet connection will give full details of
any issues with the current internet setup. Since Netflix is reliant on a
stable connection, any hiccups you encounter during the test can point you in
the direction of the problem. This will also uncover any Xbox Live issues that
are currently in the way.



1. Press the menu button on the Xbox One controller
