Fix Twitter Sync Error Android

In case you’re affected by it, solving this particular Twitter data sync issue on your Android device has a fairly easy solution that seems to do the trick. Here is how you can get sync working again by clearing the app’s data on your smartphone:


    ■ From your device's home screen, locate and tap the Settings icon.

    ■ In the Settings screen, locate and select Apps.

    ■ In the list of installed apps, scroll down until you find the Twitter app and select it.

    ■ Once at the Twitter’s App info screen, tap Storage to enter stored data overview.

    ■ Tap Clear Data to permanently delete all the app’s data (files, accounts, settings, etc.).

    ■ Tap Ok in the resulting pop-up to finish the process.

    ■ Once you start the social media app for a fresh start, the sync option should work as intended, allowing you to immediately receive Twitter notifications.
