How to Fix Sound Errors with USB Headphones on the HTC Vive

Step 1. Check if SteamVR is sending audio to the right playback device.

  ■ Open SteamVR > Go to Settings > select Audio

Step 2. Check if Windows is sending audio to the USB headphone device that is connected with your headset at the moment.
