    ■ The LEDs should point white if everything is in the right order.
Step 4. Open Frame timing Graph

  • ■ When you think that you have tracking issues it’s very important to check for frame timing spikes. Because if you see timing spikes than your problem is with the CPU performance not with tracking.
    ■ Go to SteamVR > Settings > Performance > Display Frame Timing
Step 5. Check you cables.

  • ■ Make sure that the connections between the headset, link box and your computer are not loose.

Step 6. Issues caused by reflective surfaces

  • ■ This can also cause you tracking problems.
    ■ Try to cover all the surfaces in your VR area that can cause a reflection.
Step 7.Check for the front camera

  • ■ Turning on the front camera can also be a reason for tracking problems.
If you notice that every time you bring up dashboard you have problems with the tracking than the reason for this is your camera.
    ■ Lower the camera bandwidth
    ■ SteamVR > Settings > Camera, or just disable the front camera.
