Mailbox is designed to help you achieve inbox zero. Mailbox uses very simple gestures to clear your inbox. You can delete, archive, or schedule your email messages one by one or in bulk. To batch swipe emails in Mailbox, follow these steps:

Step 1

Tap the Mailbox app on your phone screen to launch it.

Step 2

Whether you use the Archive, All, or Later view on Mailbox, scroll down the bottom of the page and locate the two horizontal lines found at the right side and the left side of the screen. You will also find the number of message on that page in the middle.

Step 3

If you want to delete all the messages on that page full swipe the right-side horizontal lines to the right. On the other hand, if you half swipe the left-side lines on the same direction, you will send all the messages on that screen to your archive list.

Step 4

Aside from the horizontal lines, you will also find vertical lines. To schedule all the messages on that screen, simply half swipe or short swipe the right-side vertical lines to the left. Give left-side vertical lines a long or full swipe on the left and the app will automatically assign the messages on a list.
