How to Add Skills LinkedIn Connections Have Endorsed You For to Your Profile

LinkedIn being a social networking site for professionals. It allows your connections to endorse you for your skills. If your connections have endorsed you on the skills, you must add the skills to your profile as soon as possible in order to broaden the scope of your career opportunities.

Adding the skills that your connections have endorsed you for on your LinkedIn profile is easy. You are notified about the endorsements via email, and you can find the skills on the upper section of your LinkedIn profile, or in your LinkedIn notifications:

Here’s how you can add your endorsed skills on your LinkedIn profile:

    ■Turn on your computer system.
    ■Open your favorite web browser.
    ■On the opened web page, type the link www.linkedin.com in the address bar and press Enter.
    ■If you are not already logged-in, provide your credentials in the appropriate fields, and click the Sign In button.

    ■On the Home page, hover the mouse over the Notifications icon (with the flag) from the top-right corner.
    ■From the Notifications list that appears, click the notification representing the endorsements.

    ■In the endorsement box at the upper section, click the Add to profile button in order to add the endorsed skills on your LinkedIn profile.

Note: After your connections have endorsed you for any of your skills, you can easily make the endorsed skills visible or hide them from your LinkedIn profile.
