Solved! Accidentally deleted my GPU.

I accidentally deleted my GPU from Display Adapters when I was trying to delete my drivers and I thought it was for deleting my drivers, and now I need help and a solution.

My specs:
Computer:
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. X455LF
Operating System:
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
Processor:
Intel® Core™ i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz
Graphics:
Geforce 930M (Which is accidentally deleted)
Memory:
4 GB

If you'r in Device Manager, there's a "Scan for hardware" option in the menus and that should reinstate it. It should also search to find a new driver for the part.

if you delete it through Device Manager, then you only delete the driver. You can try download and install the driver again or you can install it from your laptop CD
