Solved! Acer Aspire cloudbook keeps rebooting

I've tried the below
1. Power off the laptop.
2. Power on the laptop.
3. As soon as you see the rotating loading circle, press and hold the Power Button until the computer shuts off.
4. Repeat this process a few times until you see the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen.
5. Now you want to let the laptop boot to the "Automatic Repair" screen.
6. Click "Advanced Options" and then select "Troubleshoot".
7. Here you want to select "Refresh your PC", if you do not wish to erase data, or "Reset your PC" to erase all data and restore your system.
8. From here just follow the screen instructions until the recovery is complet

All I got was a blue screen after following the above instructions. Now my laptop does nothing but turns off and on

Another of the Advanced Options is Command. That opens a black form with a c:\ prompt.

At that prompt, type
chkdsk /r
and hit the Enter key.

The system will check the hard disk for errors, corruption and bad sectors or clusters of sectors.

When that process completes, and it may take a long time, close the form by typing exit and hitting Enter then try restarting.

If that doesn't improve things, go down the same route to Command again and this time, type
sfc /scannow
and hit Enter.

That kickstarts the System File Checker and it scans every file in the system for errors or corruption and checks none are missing.

Post back if neither of those scans fixes it.

Won't let me do it says its wright protected
 
That shouldn't happen unless the manufacturer goofed when they installed Windows.

I can't recommend the advanced options of refresh or reset because I've known refresh to kill all the personal files just as reset does,

If all the laptop does is turn on and off there's not much you can do but remove the hard disk and slave it to another PC and take your personal files into a place of safety.

Download your version of Windows from the Microsoft website and burn the ISO on to a DVD or use a utility named Rufus to create a bootable flash drive, also known as memory stick or thumb drive.

This sucks
 
I'm not familiar with a Cloudbook but if it implies everything you had was saved externally, I would never buy one.

Does your device have a hard disk and if it has, can you remove it it? You could then connect it via USB to a PC or laptop and make a copy of everything on to that computer that you want to protect.
