my laptop fujitsu lifebook A series when i turn it on its switches itself off and on ones again please help .. what should i do even i can go to users window .. i cant do anything with my laptop please help ...

Perhaps your Laptop battery is faulty and needs to be replaced. Last time I had a faulty battery on my laptop, it was no longer putting out enough voltage and it would shut down unexpectedly. Does your laptop shut off even when its plugged in?

hello thank you for your time ... yes while its plugged in still same problem switch on and off , can you tell how to format it , but i cant go to startup menu please help..
